AFHG Media is not responsible for account suspensions, ad disapprovals, or other platform-related actions taken against client accounts.

  6. Indemnification – The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AFHG Media from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal fees arising from the use of our social media management services.

  7. Service Modifications & Termination – AFHG Media reserves the right to modify services, pricing, or terminate agreements at its discretion with written notice.

  8. No Legal or Financial Advice – AFHG Media does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Clients should consult their own legal or financial professionals regarding compliance and business decisions.
